Shipping

We send out orders as fast as we can: normally we process and ship your order the following business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class so normally arrive in no later than 3-4 working days. International shipping takes a little longer. Delivery times given are only estimates (provided to us by Royal Mail or other carriers). We do not guarantee delivery dates and times.

Shipping costs

UK delivery: orders to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This is free of charge. If you wish faster delivery then we can send items 1st Class (for a small charge): select '1st Class' at checkout. 

For the rest of the world, there is a shipping charge but we discount this to make it cheaper for you. The charges are based upon weight and are calculated at checkout.

Tariffs, duties and taxes

Tariffs, duties and taxes are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility. If you are concerned, or curious, contact your local customs office for more information on these fees, as they are typically based on the value of the order and vary by country. If there are taxes, duties or charges in the country of delivery (including customs duties, gst or other charges), Knife Edge Outdoor is not responsible for these.

If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs or are unavailable for delivery, often the package is returned to us: in such circumstances we will deduct the shipping cost from any refund. If the book is returned undamaged then we will refund the amount that you paid for it.
